Full Electrical Refurbishment

This project at Upwell Road comprised a full electrical refurbishment of a multi-occupancy property, delivered to current BS 7671 (18th Edition) Wiring Regulations and relevant British Standards.

The scope of works included a complete strip-out and full electrical rewire, with the design and installation of new three-phase distribution systems to accommodate increased demand and future capacity requirements. New main intake equipment, distribution boards, and sub-distribution were installed and fully commissioned.

Each flat within the development was provided with individually metered electrical supplies, ensuring accurate billing, tenant separation, and regulatory compliance. Metering and isolation were coordinated as part of the overall low-voltage distribution strategy.

A new external staff office was incorporated into the electrical design, including power distribution, lighting, data infrastructure, and integration into the site’s life-safety and emergency systems.
