Full Electrical Rewire & Life Safety Systems Installation

Carried out a full building rewire project from initial strip-out through to final connections, testing, and commissioning. The scope of works included complete replacement of all electrical services, installation of a new fire alarm system, nurse call system, and disabled refuge system in accordance with current regulations and standards.

The project commenced with the safe isolation and removal of all existing electrical infrastructure, followed by the installation of new containment systems throughout the building, including trunking, conduit, tray, and basket as required. First fix and second fix electrical installations were completed to a high standard, incorporating power, lighting, emergency lighting, data, and specialist systems.

Installed, terminated, and commissioned a fully compliant fire alarm system, nurse call system, and disabled refuge system, ensuring full integration and functionality across the site. All works were completed in line with BS 7671, relevant British Standards, and client specifications.

Final stages included full testing, inspection, certification, fault finding where required, and commissioning of all systems to ensure safe, reliable operation and client handover.
